It is two hours from 2008 as I write this, and I want to wish all of you a very healthy and prosperous New Year.
One thing I'm pretty excited about is the launching of two new websites I created: PalmettoBayRealEstateNews.com and SoFlaForeclosures.com.

Both of these sites will be up and running by Jan 2, but soon afterward will feature podcast videos on the site so that my customers can have a quick overview of what is going on, and be able to save and send the podcast file to others.

I'm hoping that everyone who visits will give me some feedback on the sites, what they like or don't like, or how they feel they can be improved. They will exist to provide more value to customers, so I think customers should have input on what the product.

Tonight is pretty low-key in the Nyberg household. With a 4-yr old, it's not exactly conducive to party-hopping, which is fine-- I enjoy holidays like this at home just as well.
My 22-yr old son, Erik, was with us since the 23rd and just drove back to Gainesville earlier today. Our 19-yr old, Greg, is out with his girlfriend and a bunch of their cronies.

I have great optimism for the New Year, and I look forward to getting back to work on Wednesday and getting the first of the podcasts finished.
