Two new avenues have opened for my business, and I'm really excited about them both. First, I have begun to work commercial real estate, as a supplement to residential transactions. This provides more value to my customers. The other new realm is working international deals. I am now TRC (Transnational Certified) and able, through ICREA (The International Consortium of Real Estate Assocations) pay and receive referrals from other real estate professionals worldwide. This opens up many possibilities for families, for business relocating their employees, investment properties, etc.

As I mentioned before, my business model is built around providing as much value, in as many different ways as I can, to my customers. To me, it's fulfilling to be able to consult with people who have questions, and to see the relief in their faces when they see that they don't have to go to three different people for three different questions or tasks.
